You can own your own mountain top natural waterfall – we have a major stream passing by our entire land for over 100m long with over 20ft drop with multiple stages of pool-like areas. Flow rate: 6,480,000ℓ per month; 216,000ℓ per day during hot season. Ideal as a recreational water spot with durian farm dine-in next to mountain top waterfall with bamboo tress nearby. All this water ends up downhill 2km away known as Junjong Waterfall. Note: the colour of the water at our farm is sparkling crystal clear white and is complete different from what is seen downhill 2km away. High commercial potential for aquaculture as our crystal clear stream is already a natural habitat for river prawns, mountain crab, fish and terrapin in it.

Reduce your water bill by 95%. Pump water UPhill / faraway without running cost. We have painstakingly created a Free-Energy Pump that runs using only the power of running water in our land. Based on century old ram technology which we refined meticulously to fulfill our robust needs, we created a system that pumps our own spring water back to the top of our farm non-stop 24/7. This allows our farm to continuously add back minerals & nutrients that commonly flows our of normal land; in other words the land enriches itself daily whilst being fully self sufficient. This pump system can be made from locally sourced parts from any hardware store anywhere in the world for under $800, it Only requires maintenance Once a year, the maintenance part can be sourced from anywhere (some parts done by foundry for extra durability).

In terms of durability, efficiency & easy of use, our technology beats every installation we have seen out there. The distance between pump and peak top tank is ~840ft in length and ~108ft in vertical height. Both our pump design is expected to pump to higher heights and lengths when used elsewhere. This tech can be installed easily in remote areas by using 90% polypipe(plastic) and only 10% metal.
Our pump tech itself can become a new/subsidiary business division or licensed out by government/large public company to small towns or subsidiary companies. We have solved the the main issues of this technology such as structural integrity issues, ease of construction, installation, operation and scalability. This tech is Scalable to fit amount of water source feed anywhere & can be upgraded just by plug and play new parts available at any hardware store. Our pump design is made to last & easy to operate.
– Water Collection – We have also created cost effective ways of collecting river water for the pump to operate all year long without worrying about sand/heavy rain/excessive strong water currents/dry weather. - Irrigation Distribution Technology
Automatic non-stop water & fertilizer distribution – USA imported, low maintenance & low cost system + sirim pipes – no electricity required – only 2 water tanks required to distribute fertilizer to every tree in ~6acre fenced up area – drastically minimizing costs in fertilizer application with ease. Just ride to the tanks, pour in fertilizer and you are done. Minimum clogging issues, especially important during hot weather. Our system vastly improves soil health for trees to withstand any weather conditions. - Organic Fertilizer/Baja Technology
Our liquid organic fertilizer tech is used to increase colour, texture, taste, smell of fruits, cure tree diseases, restore tree vitality, improve soil health, increase beneficial micro and macro organisms, enhance new shoot growth (at lower/high heights), slow fruiting (prolong fruiting season), boost nutrient contents of fruits. Our fertilizer and other organic materials used has solved most durian plant disease problems like phytophora (black disease).
Our methods & technology is designed for commercial application, liquid organic fertilizer can be easily made anywhere from locally sourced; low-to-no cost materials, minimum amount of materials & time required in production. Only 4kg of our liquid fertilizer is required per month for over 250 trees. (IF combined with synthetic fertilizer usage, you only require 1-5% the amount of synthetic fertilizer used in regular farms. Yes, you can save about 95% in commercial fertilizer costs using our organic methods & fertilizer recipe.) Our liquid fertilizer will work also as foliar spray though we have not had the need to try this as our trees leaves are always dark green, shiny and healthy without any spraying/chemicals.
– We do not know of anyone currently using our tech and we do Not use animal waste products in our fertilizer. - Mining – High-Grade 97% SiO2 Quartz mineral with 0.03% Zirconium – pure mineral ore found in our land
Samples tested by Jabatan Mineral & Geology. Our Land volume = 381,536,865 ft3 (Land area x Height) gives an idea of how much land can be mined when desired. Our 100m water stream is constantly filled with White Sand(with quartz) and is currently used for farm constructions/roads. - Feng Shui
